The product portfolio, also available live online, consists mainly of self-drive tours, ad hoc individual accommodation bookings, car rental, transfer and activities, however it does also accommodate and operate individual group requests. We offer theme orientated self-drive itineraries for the self-drive guest to best experience Namibia and all she has to offer. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of different car rental options. We offer activities, both based on adventure and adrenaline, as well as relaxation. We offer a variety of accommodation establishments, for the discerning guest, the adventure traveller, the budget conscious guest and the nature lover. We also have a palette of widely ranging guaranteed departure safaris, both accommodated as well as camping. The choices available are endless, just like the horizons of our beloved Namibia.

Together with the philosophy to objectively provide our customers subjective needs, we offer an online webconnect distribution package, comprising a comprehensive suite of web tools that we can offer ourB2B clients. These online tools include online bookings, online tariff and online accounts.
The B2B webconnect platform offers a fast, easy to use web quoting and booking facility. A key advantage of this, in particular for agents in different time zones, is the ability to book online and receive instant confirmation. This should also reduce communication costs and handling errors – increasing volumes without increasing overheads.
We have dynamically created product information pages including text and pictures, which provide rich content for the online bookings and the online tariff. The platform is entered via an agent login. The agent can request the rate tariff based on their criteria, and the online tariff will extract the appropriate rates from our Tourplan database in real time. Additional supplier information can be downloaded via the online product content, including product descriptions and an image gallery.
Our online booking protocol can do both – quotes as well as instant confirmed bookings online. Due to the limited infrastructure in Namibia, it is probable that not all establishments will always have live availability, but we submit that Namibia has come a long way in entering the live availability stage.
For our agents the B2B platform offers the ability to:
